Stop, Stretch, Sip & Nip

The days are growing longer, blooms are emerging from the ground, and the weather is slowly starting to make way for warmer, sunny days. There are so many ways to spend a spring day at Piccadilly Square. Most recently we stopped by a few favorites Gilda’s Boutique, JT Salon 55, Comedor Restaurant, and Lymbr Stretch Studio, one of the newest arrivals to the square.

Our day started at Gilda’s Boutique (101 Union Street) where we shopped selections from the Spring collections of R13 Denim, Greg Lauren, Dixon Rand and more. Gilda’s stocks top tier designer clothing and accessories for women and employs top tier stylists as well as an in-house seamstress for alterations and repairs.

After shopping we ventured to Lymbr Stretch Studio at 792 Beacon Street for a soothing stretch session. Athletes, runners, and cyclists can all benefit from a targeted stretch session with their trained therapists. Available in both 30 and 60 minute sessions, these sessions are designed to target specific areas of the body resulting in increased flexibility and an increased range of motion with regular attendance.

We followed our stretch session with an appointment at JT Salon 55 (55 Union Street) to refresh our look for the season. Refresh your balayage, get a fresh new haircut, or full-process color from the pros at JT Salon 55. Their team of master stylists are on hand Tuesday through Saturday to give new life to your hair and your look.

A busy afternoon in Piccadilly ended with dinner and drinks at neighborhood favorite, Comedor (105 Union Street). We snacked on delicious bites such as papas fritas, fried cauliflower, crispy flounder lettuce wraps, and spicy pistachio chicken wings while enjoying some of their signature cocktails in the heart of Newton Center. Comedor gets busy on the weekends, but reservations can be made online through Reserve.

With a fresh new outfit, new look, and a little stretch in our step we couldn’t be more excited or more ready for the season.
