11:11 Health Bar Favorites & Benefits

We’re big fans of the smoothies, juices, and bowls at 11:11 Health Bar. Before work, after class, or in between running errands in Piccadilly Square, it always hits the spot. It’s a healthy choice, packed with fruits and veggies and delicious, quality ingredients like homemade almond and hemp milk, coconut water, chia seeds, and more. Their vast menu can be overwhelming so we’re sharing some of our favorites with you and the health benefits from their superfood ingredients!

Om Smoothie: With avocado, banana, spinach, celery, agave, apple, and homemade almond milk this smoothie is vitamin rich. The avocado is a delicious addition, lending a smooth, thick texture to the drink without added sweetness making it the perfect post workout drink.

Long Life Smoothie: Made with banana, blueberries, pitaya, goji berries, acai, bee pollen and coconut water this smoothie is packed with superfoods and good for you ingredients. Goji berries provide high levels of antioxidants and nutrients and provide energy while improving immune function. Bee pollen is also an immune boosting antioxidant known to reduce inflammation and relieve stress.

Amazonian Bowl: A spin on a traditional acai bowl, the Amazonian bowl has acai, banana, strawberries, spinach, spirulina, almond butter, and homemade hemp milk. Acai is known for promoting heart health and aiding digestion and spirulina detoxes heavy metals while boosting energy. A great option to recharge on a Sunday morning!

Lemon, Ginger, Honey, Turmeric, and Black Pepper Shot: Available in 2 ounce or 4 ounce servings this little drink packs an immunity boosting punch! Our favorite when we’re even feeling the slightest bit under the weather, it’s a tart but slightly spicy concoction. Ginger has an anti-inflammatory effect while lowering blood sugars.
